科研经历及成果:
从事昆虫生理生化与分子生物学研究,重点研究昆虫发育过程中蜕皮与变态的功能基因和分子调控机理。承担本科生和研究生教学工作。1981年毕业于西南师范大学, 1984年获57365线路检测中心官网硕士学位, 1990-1991年赴日本从事家蚕半胱氨酸蛋白酶研究,1997年获南京农业大学博士学位。1998-2000年获德国政府学术交流会(DAAD)“生物科学特别项目博士后奖学金”赴德国从事烟草天蛾V-ATP酶研究;2001-2002年在日本九州工业大学从事DNA和蛋白质测序、基因重组蛋白包涵体复性和纯化、毕赤酵母表达外源蛋白等研究;2003年获德国政府德意志联合研究会(DFG)资助赴德国从事基因重组病毒杀虫剂构建和蛋白酶、HHR3在昆虫细胞中的表达等研究。2005年赴日本从事蛋白质组学研究。2006年赴美国密苏里大学进行短期科研工作。先后承担国家自然科学基金重点项目、重大国际合作项目和面上项目;参加国家“973”和“863”项目;以及承担山东省自然科学基金重点项目等科研项目10余项。主要学术成果包括:阐明了G蛋白偶联受体(GPCR)是昆虫蜕皮激素(20E)的膜受体, 蜕皮激素通过GPCR介导的细胞膜信号途径调控EcR/USP介导的核受体信号途径,蜕皮激素通过GPCR引起快速的钙离子流入以促进细胞凋亡和昆虫变态, 蜕皮激素上调磷脂酰肌醇3磷酸磷酸酶(PTEN)的表达从而对抗胰岛素活性,蜕皮激素通过蛋白激酶调控蜕皮激素核受体磷酸化从而促进昆虫化蛹。在系列研究的基础上提出了昆虫蜕皮激素的细胞膜信号转导途径的模型,开辟了昆虫蜕皮激素信号途径研究的新方向,为研发控制害虫的生长调节剂绿色农药提供了理论依据和靶标基因。研究成果发表在PNAS,PLoS Genetics, Development,Endocrinology, JBC,Cell Commun Signal,Insect Biochem Mol Biol等刊物上。撰写了“十一五”国家级规划教材《发育生物学》第20章《昆虫蜕皮与变态》,张红卫主编,高等教育出版社,2018年第4版。受法国James Devillers 教授邀请撰写了专著《Juvenile hormones and Juvenoids》第五章《保幼激素及类似物在基因转录中的作用》,Taylor & Francis出版社,2013。

以重大农业害虫棉铃虫为材料,用分子生物学方法研究昆虫蜕皮与变态的分子机理,包括蜕皮激素信号转导途径、保幼激素信号途径、胰岛素信号途径、及这些途径之间的互作调控基因的表达、组织重建的分子机理。
