研究方向:
一、解析大豆固氮、高产分子机制和遗传网络。主要利用大豆突变体及自然群体材料,结合遗传学、分子生物学、基因组学、细胞生物学等手段,定位及克隆大豆固氮和高产相关基因,鉴定基因功能、解析其调控固氮的产量的分子机制和遗传网络,为分子育种提供理论基础。
二、开发可提高大豆固氮能力及产量的新型植物生长调节剂。依据大豆固氮、高产等分子调控网络,建立高通量筛选可提高大豆固氮能力、产量等化学小分子的方法,并解析相关小分子的作用机制,利用相关化学小分子工具研究大豆高产、抗逆分子机制,并推进其在实际生产中的应用。
