2、学习和工作经历
1998年毕业于聊城大学;
2003年于中国科学院植物研究所获博士学位;
2004-2011年8月, 先后在德国马普植物育种所和比利时根特大学博士后研究。
2011年9月至今,57365线路检测中心官网教授。
3、主要研究方向及成果
以模式植物拟南芥和玉米等作物为材料,研究植物根的可塑性生长发育及逆境适应: (1)研究根尖干细胞维持和分化的分子机制;(2)研究植物根的可塑性生长发育,包括植物在非生物逆境(盐胁迫,干旱胁迫,铝胁迫,铬胁迫等)条件下根生长发育的调控机理;(3)根际微生物和植物逆境适应研究及应用;近年来,先后在EMBO J., Nat. Communications, PNAS,Mol. Plant, Plant cell, EMBO Reports, Cell Reports, New Phytologist, PLOS Genet,Plant Biotechnol J., Plant Physi., Plant J., Trends in Plant Science等学术主流期刊发表60多篇学术论文,被引用3000多次。应邀多次在国际著名总述性期刊Trends in Plant Science撰写论文,其中一篇被收录于Cell的 “2015聚焦中国植物科学”。目前,该研究团队和比利时根特大学,英国约克大学,奥地利维也纳科学技术研究中心,捷克马萨里克大学和以色列特拉维夫大学建立了良好的国际合作关系。
